We believe all people deserve the opportunity to dream and to be treated like human beings. We attempt to demonstrate this by bringing the helpless and the helpful together in a quest for a better “today.”

A voice for the neglected
The outcast. The neglected. The abandoned. The exploited. We are a voice for the vulnerable and assertively live out this charge.
We are often asked,
"Why Cambodia?"
Our answer is that we have seen the need there and it brings tears to our eyes. Once we saw it, we owned it.

A volunteer's story
Srey Ly
Abandoned by her parents this little girl, Srey Ly was sent out nightly by her grandmother into the harsh exploitative environment of Cambodian nightlife to wander in search of a few dollars through begging.
The Act of Giving

Hope for Steung Meanchey
Once home to the city’s public garbage dump, this nearly 100 acre smoldering mound was covered with hundreds of people sifting through rubbish for anything that could be recycled, eaten, or collected.
Meet Seaklay
When the Impact Team came upon her at the garbage village she was very sick. A trip to the clinic turned into a he was diagnosed as being in the final stages of tuberculosis. She was admitted to the hospital where she was successfully treated and cured. Today Seaklay is a beautiful, thriving young girl attending school.
A story of perseverance
Due to complications of meningitis contracted while giving birth, this woman from Colombo, Sri Lanka was ditched at a home for special needs people by her husband unwilling to care for her.

The Power of Sponsorship
Two years ago, this little boy didn’t have a sponsor that would provide the funds to send him to a good school. That has changed and now he is receiving certificates of excellence from a good private school!
Hope for the Hopeless
This little girl who had a high fever was sent home from a clinic hooked up to an IV which now hangs from a ‘rafter’ in her home. She lives on this street in the ‘garbage village’.
We Were Heartbroken
Upon our return from Cambodia in January of 2015, we learned that the land on which the Lighthouse Orphanage that we had just visited for 2 weeks and supported for several years had been sold. The kids there were given 6 weeks to find a new home.
