These are our stories.
We are often asked,
"Why Cambodia?"
Our answer is that we have seen the need there and it brings tears to our eyes. Once we saw it, we owned it.

The Act of Giving
A volunteer from an Impact Team blesses the “garbage village” residents as she passes out bags of food – and is blessed in return.
Meet Seaklay
When the Impact Team came upon her at the garbage village she was very sick. A trip to the clinic turned into a he was diagnosed as being in the final stages of tuberculosis. She was admitted to the hospital where she was successfully treated and cured. Today Seaklay is a beautiful, thriving young girl attending school.
The Need is Overhwelming

The Power of Sponsorship
Two years ago, this little boy didn’t have a sponsor that would provide the funds to send him to a good school. That has changed and now he is receiving certificates of excellence from a good private school!
Hope for the Hopeless
This little girl who had a high fever was sent home from a clinic hooked up to an IV which now hangs from a ‘rafter’ in her home. She lives on this street in the ‘garbage village’.
We Were Heartbroken
Upon our return from Cambodia in January of 2015, we learned that the land on which the Lighthouse Orphanage that we had just visited for 2 weeks and supported for several years had been sold. The kids there were given 6 weeks to find a new home.
